Dr. Ashish Gupta is a co-founder of Helion and serves on several boards including Pubmatic, Simplilearn, Gupshup, Infoedge, and Hindustan Unilver. He has co-founded two successful companies – Tavant and Junglee (AMZN); and worked at Oracle Corporation and IBM research. His past investments include Daksh (IBM), MakeMyTrip, MuSigma, Upwork, Redbus (MMYT) and Flipkart.
Ashish is a Kauffman Fellow, holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur where he was awarded the President’s Gold medal and the Distinguished Alumnus Award. He has authored several patents, publications, and a book by MIT press.
